Shared: every link and list you created

Shared lists the creative lists you built and the share links you issued. Open it from Create > Shared. The Inspiration Library has the same page as its Shared tab. There, Lists shows the same lists, and Links shows only the links to library ads, saved ad folders and lists.

Problem and intended user

A creative strategist (the person who plans and makes ad creatives) or an ecommerce manager (the person who runs the store) shares creatives with an agency, a freelancer or a colleague. Weeks later, nobody knows which links are still out there, which still open and which should stop. A link that stays open longer than intended keeps showing your work to anyone who has it.

Current workflow

Without this page, share links live in chat threads and email. To find out whether a link still works, you open it, or you ask the person who got it. To stop one, you have no list to work from.

Prerequisites

At least one share link or one creative list. See Share a creative, a folder or a list with a link.

How Nexus works

Nexus keeps two things for your store: creative lists and share links. A creative list is a set of creatives you picked by hand, from any listing that has a Select ads, Select sets or Select assets button. A share link is a web address that anyone can open without a login, with a lifetime you chose when you created it.

Fixed rules decide the status of every link. No AI is involved.

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe link opens. It has not expired and you have not revoked it. A link with the lifetime Never expires stays Active until you revoke it.
ExpiredThe lifetime you chose has ended. The link no longer opens.
RevokedYou stopped the link, or you deleted the list it pointed to. It no longer opens.

The page has two tabs, Lists and Links. Each tab name shows its count, for example Lists (3).

Work with a list

  1. Open the Lists tab. Each list is a card.
  2. Select a list name to open List details. The dialog shows each creative with its picture, its name and where it lives, such as Ads or Library.
  3. Select Remove under a creative to take it out of the list.
  4. To create a link to the whole list, select Share on a card that reads Not shared, or open the More actions menu on the card and select Share…. List details opens at its share step. Select Back to return to the list.
  5. On a card that already has an Active link, select Copy link to copy that link again.

To rename a list, open More actions on its card, select Rename, type the new name and select Save. Two lists cannot share a name.

To delete a list, open More actions on its card and select Delete. The card asks you to confirm: select Delete again, or Cancel to keep the list.

WARNING

Deleting a list cannot be undone. Nexus also revokes every active link to that list. Those links stay in the Links tab with the status Revoked, and they no longer open. A link that was already revoked or had already expired keeps its status.

  1. Open the Links tab. It opens with Active selected and lists only Active links. Select All to include Expired and Revoked links.
  2. Select the copy icon in the Link column of an Active row to copy the address. The icon turns into a check mark for a moment.
  3. To stop a link, open the row's menu and select Revoke…. The row asks "Revoke this link?". Select Revoke link to stop it, or Cancel to keep it. The link stops opening at once and the page shows "Link revoked".

The row's menu also has Copy link, and Open link, which opens the link in a new tab. An expired or revoked row has no copy icon, no Copy link and no Revoke….

Exact output

The Lists tab is a grid of cards. On a phone, the cards stack in one column. Each card shows:

PartWhat it shows
CoverThe picture of the first creative, with small pictures of the next ones in its corner. An empty list shows "No creatives yet".
NameThe list name. Select it to open List details.
Details lineHow many creatives the list holds, the date it last changed and who created it, for example "12 creatives · Updated 3 Oct 2026" followed by the name.
LinkWith an Active link: the status, "Expires" with the date or Never expires, and Copy link. The card does not show the address. When the list has more than one Active link, a button such as +2 more opens the share step, where you see them all. Without one: Not shared and Share.
More actionsOpen, Share…, Rename and Delete.

The Links tab is a table with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
CreativeA small picture when the item is a creative, the name of the creative, the folder or the list, and what it is and where it lives, for example "Ad · Create › Ads". When the item is gone, the name reads No longer available.
StatusActive, Expired or Revoked. An Active link whose item no longer exists shows Unavailable instead. You can still copy it and revoke it.
LinkThe full address, cut off when it is too long for the column. Point at it, or move to it with the Tab key, to see all of it. An Active row has a copy icon beside it.
ExpiresThe end date, Never, or "Expired" or "Revoked" with the date.
Last viewedThe date someone last opened the link, or Never.
Created byThe person who created the link, or Unknown.

On a phone, each row becomes a card with the same fields.

Both tabs say so when they are empty. Lists reads "No lists yet. Select creatives on any listing and choose Create list." Links reads "No active links. Share a creative, a folder or a list to create one." With All selected, it reads "No links yet."

Sending a link happens outside Nexus, in your email or chat.

Expected value and measurement

The page can help you keep fewer stale links in circulation. The Last viewed column shows whether a recipient opened a link, so you can tell a link that was used from one that was never opened.

To check, open the Links tab with Active selected before a review round and after it, and compare the number of links that are still Active. The date in Last viewed shows the most recent open only. It does not show how many people opened the link or how often.

Limitations and exceptions

  • A revoked link cannot be restored. Create a new link.
  • A link stops opening when its item is deleted (a file, a folder or a list), or when a Creative Set is archived. Deleting a list also revokes its links, so they read Revoked. The row of a link whose item is gone shows No longer available in Creative and, while the link has not ended, Unavailable in Status. An archived ad still opens, so revoke the link to stop it. A creative that was deleted after you added it to a list shows as Unavailable item with "No longer available" in List details until you remove it.
  • A list with a creative that Nexus can no longer find still opens. The recipient sees the creatives that remain.
  • When the browser blocks copying, Nexus shows the address in a field, selected, with the message "Could not copy the link. It is selected: copy it yourself." Copy it by hand (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C).
  • A list holds up to 100 creatives, and a store can have up to 100 lists. At the limit, the dialog says "You have reached the limit of 100 lists. Delete one to make room."
  • The Shared tab in the Inspiration Library does not show while the library shows sample ads.
  • If a table cannot load, the page says "Couldn’t load your lists." or "Couldn’t load your links." and offers Try again.

Demo Mode

In Demo Mode, Shared shows sample lists and sample links. You can open a list, copy a link and open it to see the page the recipient sees. Nexus refuses creating, renaming, changing and deleting a list, and creating and revoking a link, and tells you so. See Demo Mode and sample data.
