Feedback: see reactions and verdicts from your team and advisor

Settings > Feedback is a read-only log of what your team and your Omniconvert advisor said about your ad briefs and creatives. It has two tabs: Reactions and Advisor feedback. You cannot add or edit feedback on this page.

Problem and intended user

The creative strategist (the person who plans and makes ad creatives) needs to know which briefs landed and why others did not. The media buyer (the person who runs your paid ads) wants the same view before ads go live. When opinions sit in chats, comments and meetings, the same mistakes repeat and patterns go unseen, such as a weak hook that keeps coming back.

Current workflow

Merchants usually keep feedback in a shared document, a spreadsheet, email threads or an agency's review notes. Someone copies each comment into one list, tags it by hand and sorts it to find patterns. Comments on a creative live in the design tool, and comments on the plan live elsewhere.

Prerequisites

  • Someone has reacted to a brief or creative, or recorded a decision. The log is empty until then. The tabs fill as members of your account and your Omniconvert advisor work on briefs.
  • For Advisor feedback, your Omniconvert advisor must have recorded a verdict. Verdicts that are not shared with you do not appear.

How Nexus works

Nexus collects the reactions and verdicts that people record on your briefs and creatives. It lists them for your store only, with no AI step. Fixed filters narrow the list. Nothing is summarized or scored.

Where feedback comes from

A thumbs-down opens an optional field for a reason. You can record the thumbs-down without one.

INFO

In Demo Mode the thumbs buttons are off, and this page shows sample data, marked with a Sample data badge.

Filter the log

On Reactions, use these filters to narrow the list:

FilterOptions
ReactionAll reactions, 👍 Up, 👎 Down
SubjectAll subjects, Brief, Creative
PlatformAll platforms, Meta, Google
StatusThe status of the brief: Draft, Approved, Rejected, In production, Archived
From and ToA date range
Search briefPart of a brief name
Has reasonOnly reactions that carry a reason

On Advisor feedback, the filters are Verdict (Approve, Revise or Reject), Aspect, Reason, Platform and Search. Reason offers Off-brand, Weak hook, Wrong audience, Poor product fit, Low quality, Compliance and Other. Search matches a brief name or a comment. This tab has no date filter and no status filter.

Any filter change returns you to the first page. Use Previous and Next to move through the pages.

Open a creative from the log

On the Reactions tab, click a creative name in the Subject column. The creative opens in Studio.

Exact output

Two tabs, each a table with a filter row above it.

Reactions tab

Reactions opens first. It lists every thumbs up and thumbs down your team and your Omniconvert advisor left on briefs and creatives, newest first.

Each row has these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
SubjectThe brief or creative name, with a Brief or Creative tag. A brief also shows its platform and version.
Reaction👍 Up or 👎 Down.
ReasonThe reason the person typed, or a dash.
ByThe person who reacted.
WhenThe date.

Advisor feedback tab

Advisor feedback lists verdicts on briefs: approve, revise or reject. Each verdict can carry aspects, a reason and a comment. The list also holds the verdicts that you and your teammates record.

ColumnWhat it shows
BriefThe brief name, with its platform and version.
VerdictThe verdict in lowercase, plus the reason when there is one.
AspectsWhat the feedback is about: hook, offer, visual, copy, audience, tone, brand fit or product accuracy.
CommentThe written note, or a dash.
ByThe author. Your advisor shows as Omniconvert Advisor. Your teammates show by name and email.
WhenThe date.

Your advisor's verdicts appear once they are shared with you.

Expected value and measurement

The log can help you find which briefs land and which need another pass before you approve them. It can also help you see repeated reasons across briefs.

To check it, open Settings > Feedback. On Advisor feedback, filter by Reason and read the total under the table to see how often each reason occurs. On Reactions, set Reaction to 👎 Down and a From and To range, and compare the total before and after you change how you write briefs. Then open Performance > Ad performance to see how your ads do.

Other changes run at the same time, such as new products, new audiences or budget shifts. The effect of feedback on ad results cannot be isolated from them.

Limitations and exceptions

  • The page is read-only. It records nothing.
  • Advisor verdicts appear once they are shared with you.
  • The Advisor feedback tab also lists verdicts from your teammates, next to the verdicts from your advisor.
  • The advisor shows as Omniconvert Advisor, with no personal name.
  • The list shows your store only.
  • Written reasons and comments are typed by people and can be wrong or out of date. Read them in context.
  • If a list fails to load, an error message appears above the table, for example Failed to load feedback. Reload the page.
  • In Demo Mode the thumbs buttons are off and the page shows sample data.
